1} Body Oil:

Body oil can give your body an extreme glow, but first, you need to know how to apply body oil correctly,
How to use body oil correctly :
1) take any body oil in a bowl.
2) add a half teaspoon of turmeric powder in it and mix it well.
3) warm the oil by doing a double boiling process.
4) massage it all over your body in a circular motion.
This will lighten your body skin, increase blood flow, and gave a beautiful glow to your body, you can use this regularly for faster results. 2} Cleaning :

Cleaning your body regularly like your face is extremely important use a mild body wash to wash your body, do not use harsh cleaning products for the body it will strip out natural oil from the body.
Taking shower regularly is really important it kills bacteria from our body which cause acne on our body if you are getting late and you don’t have time to take shower simply just clean your body with the water it will clean 50% of bacteria from your body and you will feel fresh.
Pro tip: if you have acne and dark spots problem on your body add 2 to 3 drops of tea tree oil in your body wash this method will help you in getting rid of body acne.

3} Exfoliation :

Gently exfoliate your body regularly, this will help your body to get rid of dead skin cells try using exfoliating gloves it is gentle on your skin. Use body scrub 2 to 3 times a week it will give a glow to your body here is quick DIY body scrub :
1) take 2 tablespoons of coffee powder in a bowl
2) add 1 teaspoon of crushed sugar
3) add 2 to 3 teaspoons of rose water and mix it well.
Use this body scrub 2 to 3 times a week, by this scrub your body will start getting better.
Use a chemical exfoliator one time a week this will help in getting rid of strawberry legs, acne, and dark spots from your body.

4}Moisturizing Is The Key :

Moisturize your body immediately after taking a shower this will lock your body moisture and prevent strawberry legs and give a healthy glow to your body.
